Bookings and Payments

• Compulsory Intro Swim (45 min session) ~ £30 + £10 for each additional dog on the day

• Swim Sessions can then be booked (30 min)

• 1 dog + owner(s) ~ £25

• 2 dogs + owner(s) ~ £30 

• 3 dogs + owner(s) ~ £35

• All participants (humans and dogs) must attend an Intro Swim before booking a Swim Session.  If you prefer not to go in the pool that is absolutely acceptable, but you are required to be attend pool-side

• This rule extends to professional Dog Sitters/Walkers attending for their own purposes and/or as part of their job role

• All Swim Sessions are private unless otherwise booked (Pool Parties, Social Swimming, etc. by arrangement)

• Maximum of 3 dogs from the same household at any one time

• Back-to-back sessions can be booked to cater for households with >2 dogs or to split the pack for their human’s benefit 

• Maximum of 2 dogs from different households at any one time unless accompanied by a fully insured professional Dog Sitter/Walker and only with prior permission from Scuba Doo and following an in-depth meeting with our management team

• Payment(s) must be made before the session

• We accept cash, card or PayPal

• Sessions dates and times can be changed subject to availability, without penalty up to 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your session and can be rebooked or fully refunded  Cancellations made after the 48 hour notice will be charged at the full rate

• Anyone who repeatedly does not attend their bookings without cancelling in good time will be required to pay at time of booking and will be non-refundable.
